DESCRIPTION: Do you have a passion for fitness and a drive to inspire others? This camp gives teens the chance to explore the world of fitness while building confidence and leadership skills. Campers will learn how fitness instructors design fun and effective workouts, cue movements like a pro, use music and timing to elevate classes, encourage others, and promote healthy lifestyles. It’s perfect for athletes looking to motivate and lead, those interested in future careers in fitness and sports, or anyone looking to build coaching experience.

Camps run MONDAY-THURSDAY unless otherwise noted. Please read each description for more detailed information. ALL CAMPS: Bring water & snacks each day. OUTDOOR CAMPS: Bring sunscreen & bugspray! Please note that transportation is not provided. Our goal at School Based Youth Services is to provide summer camps for our local community at a reasonable cost. Refunds will be granted if a camp is cancelled due to low enrollment or for other extenuating circumstances. This is not inclusive of online credit card transaction fees.
