DESCRIPTION: Intermediate Coding and Robotics Camp utilizes the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime platform for students with foundational coding skills. This intensive, project-based program focuses on advanced block coding (variables, functions, conditionals), technical design, and multi-sensor integration for complex autonomous missions. The camp emphasizes the engineering design process, teamwork, and debugging, culminating in a Grand Challenge. It's ideal preparation for competitive robotics or advanced STEAM studies.

Camps run MONDAY-THURSDAY unless otherwise noted. Please read each description for more detailed information. ALL CAMPS: Bring water & snacks each day. OUTDOOR CAMPS: Bring sunscreen & bugspray! Please note that transportation is not provided. Our goal at School Based Youth Services is to provide summer camps for our local community at a reasonable cost. Refunds will be granted if a camp is cancelled due to low enrollment or for other extenuating circumstances. This is not inclusive of online credit card transaction fees.
